My first video blog!

Revealing my weekly fitness routine, how to get abs, a toned butt and get a lean body.

Let me know if you want another one, but this time with focus on nutrition, my view on calorie-counting etc. xx

What kind of alcohol would you recommend to drink that is like healthy in a way? well obviously not healthy but you get what im saying just something that doesn't contain a lot of calories! :)

The worst are milky drinks - some of them can sum up to over 700 kcal in one glass!
Vodka and soda water is an option, but well… It’s boring.

Here’s an article about the most low-cal drinks out there: http://www.oprah.com/health/The-Best-Drinks-for-Dieters-Low-Calorie-Cocktails

Since I don’t drink that often (I’d rather drive home, than paying for a cab - and my friends either don’t have a license or rather get drunk and pay for a cab than going out sober) I feel that it’s alright to drink whatever I want. Usually I take a cider or a shot. haha, gotta admit I’m quite sensitive so I don’t need that much to feel lightheaded.. ^^
I love Baileys though… 327 kcal/dl. Every once in a while won’t make you fat you know, so don’t worry if it’s only once a month or something. Eat clean and workout the other days and you’ll still be healthy and taking care of your body. xx

Hi, i want to become healthier but i'm already underweight so i don't want to lose weight. Do you have any tips on how i can improve my diet without reducing the number of calories? Thanks!! x

Hi!
Focus on healthy foods, eat often and make sure you’re never hungry. Just because you eat clean it doesn’t mean you’ll drop weight. Eat food which are high in energy and good fats like nuts and avocado. Don’t reduce the number of calories (which I really don’t recommend you to count at all) and don’t be scared to have a cheat meal every now and then! 80% healthy, 20% unhealthy. xx

How did you started to eat after your ED? Did you focuse on healthy food or calories or did you just eat whatever you wanted? Did you wanted to lose weight or just become healthy? When you started to eat did you increase weight? Have ever binged after you started eating healthy? Do you also eat unhealthy/sugary food?

I’m gonna post some videos soon where I answer these types of questions which I get very often. If you can’t wait until then - Look in my Q&A category. xx

How long in time are your walks in a morning? :)

Anonymous

20-30 minutes depending on weather and how fast I am getting dressed. ^^

Do you prepare your meals yourself or do you eat what your parents eat? I'm trying to learn how to eat healthy after my anorexia, but I absolutely don't know any more what healthy means. At the moment I'm just trving and binging, butI on't really enjoy what I eat.

I eat what my parents eat, but usually I’m the one deciding what’s for dinner since I’m doing all the grocery shopping… :P
I had a problem with trying to figure out what was considered normal portion sizes and how often others ate a “cheat meal”. It has taken me a long time to listen to my body - how hungry I am, what makes me feel full and so on. What do you feel like eating in the moment that is healthy? How long has it been since the last time you ate (later on: am I hungry?)? It takes time, but it’ll get easier as time goes by, I promise!
Wish you all the best sweetie xx

Hi Amanda. Do you have any tips for hiding carbs and healthy fats in my meals? i am recovering from anorexia and i want to recover and be healthy more than anything atm but sometimes i just want to either stave myself or something esspecially when someone asks me about my eating habbits or tells me to have a certain thing... i try to console myself but sometimes i just can't take it! it would be incredible if you had any tips or comments on this. thank you so much. p.s. your my inspiration xx

Hi Sweetie!

How about eating “good carbs” instead of avoiding it completely? Does that feel very intimidating or at least a little better..?
By good carbs I mean whole wheat products (pasta, bread, cereal), quinoa, wheat berry, oatmeal, beans, sweet potato, etc. What makes them good is that it will make your body lean and not bloated and chubby. If you have been avoiding carbs for a while you’ll most probably feel bloated in the beginning. Start with small amount and gradually increase it.

Quinoa and wheat berry is easy to “hide” in your salad. :)

Healthy fats: Avocado, vegan oils, whole dairy products (they contain good fats that will increase your metabolism), nuts and salmon.

I hope you’ll get better and I wish you all the best. You can do this and carbs and fat aren’t bad for you or something that will make you fat. Your body needs it to function, be healthy and build lean and toned muscles. xx

What theme do you use?

Idk really… I’ve changed a lot of it and along with that I think I must’ve accidentally deleted it..! haha, I’ve had this theme for over a year and when I did it I was a complete beginner in tumblr-coding… Sorry!
