Bieber!

So… I’m going on a road trip tomorrow to Stockholm with a friend to go on a JB concert! 

How many hate me right now..? Okey. 

And how many envy me right now…? Okey. :)

Don’t care - I’m so exited!!!! I’ve been a fan since “One Time” and I can’t wait to finally see him!! 

 

I’m also going to Stockholm for another thing as well - I have an appointment at the U.S Embassy on Wednesday morning about a Visa! I’m going in late July this year as an au pair. I’ll live about an hour away from NY. Hello Central Park, Hamptons and best year of my life!

I’ve started to go out for a walk every morning before breakfast again. At first I didn’t really feel motivated to be honest. I just did it so I wouldn’t feel sorry for not doing it, but when I skipped it yesterday I felt so restless and tense the entire day - I MISSED IT. 
So when I woke up this morning I was just so exited. The air outside was fresh and the nature smelled as wonderful as it only can after a heavy rain. I’ve been in a great mood ever since and I can’t wait until tomorrow when I get to do it again! 

Be persistent sweeties. With determination comes motivation.

Soy milk banana oatmeal!
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oatmeal
Directons:
add all the ingredients except for a half of the banana
Heat in micro on maximum heat for about 3-4 minutes or when it’s thick - stir after about 2 minutes.
Slice the remaining half of the banana and add on top with raisins, dried cranberries and cinnamon granola.
Eat and enjoy!

Vipr - training

Has anyone tried this?

I went to a Vipr class yesterday and MAN THAT WAS INTENSE!

It was basically 45 minutes of HIIT and afterwards I was so sore I could barely walk up the stairs. Not to mention the bike ride home..! -.-‘

My body’s really tired today and I’ve already booked to go to the class again next Saturday!

Easter

In Sweden Easter means sugar coma. Ate so much candy yesterday and I’m happy to start with my clean lifestyle again! I usually never eat sweets (I’m more into pastries, chocolate and chips when it comes to unhealthy cravings) so I don’t feel so bad about it. Today’s intake: rice cakes,fruits, veggies, tea, chicken, cashew butter, quinoa, oatmeal, berries.
Gonna try avoid dairy products ( minus milk in my coffee!) today in an attempt to improve my skin. Milk Chocolate is good but it ain’t doing good for my health. :/

Microwaved egg (raw egg in a bowl, whisk the yolk and egg white together, micro on high heat for about a minute, done!) with basil , sundried tomatoes and feta cheese as topping on wasa sourdough crisp bread. Perfect snack! (Y)
