Low levels of iron
I usually only publish posts and pictures that’s supposed to be motivating and inspiring, but I just feel that I need to get this off my chest.
As some of you may, or may not know, I’ve been at different doctors to find out what’s wrong with my constantly aching stomach. I’ve been diagnosed with IBS and I’ve on own initiative started to take a substance called Iberogast. RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE SUFFERING FROM IBS - NO MORE PAIN!
So that’s not a problem for me really anymore. What is a problem though, is what more the doctors found - low leves of iron.
I feel constantly tired and I don’t need much to be emotionally exhausted and can sometimes start to cry as soon as I open my front door after school. I often feel dizzy and like I’m about to faint and most horrible of all - I CAN’T DO INTENSE PHYSICAL TRAINING. I’m having a hard time just going for a walk, so that’s cut out as well and the only exercise I do is biking to and from school, because I don’t have any other choice.
I’m taking iron pills and I will get better, but it’s really frustrating to just sit around doing nothing while looking at the clock to realize that my Zumba class has just started and I’m not there.
Sorry for negative post, but I just felt the need of sharing.

Something positive is that as long as you’re under 30 your muscle tissue won’t break down so fast. Haven’t been working out my arms for like 2 weeks and I’m still kind off proud of my shoulders! :)
