When you recovered, did you count calories? If yes how many did you consume?
Yes, I did, but it’s not something that I’d recommend. Basically, what I did was to recover from one disorder and develop another (Ana-Mia to Orthorexia). What I can recommend is to stop counting calories and try to start listening to your body. Eat slowly and mix healthy eating with every once in a while an unhealthy snack or dessert. Workout regularly, but don’t let the gym control your life (like stop seeing your friends because you can’t skip exercising). I’d say around 3 times/week. By allowing yourself to eat more if you’re still hungry, eating a brownie because you’re totally craving it and not being too hard on yourself instead of treating your body like a machine you’ll feel more happy and satisfied. You only got one life, one body - take care of it.
