I am an eighteen year old girl battling with anorexia. I currently weigh 41 kilos, and I am 1.68 in height. I am trying my hardest to gain weight. Today I have eaten for breakfast a chopped banana with a small tub of yogurt and a handful of raw nuts, for lunch an instant coffee and a salad with tofu and for dinner I have eaten 2 hard boiled eggs, a pear and a carrot. do you believe this is enough to eat in one day? I don't do any exercise.

no I do not, but it’s a good start! I would add a snack between breakfast and dinner, like an apple. Add some kind of carb (potato, whole wheat pasta, rice or bread) and meat to your dinner (more veggies if you’re a vegetarian and perhaps some soy milk to get more iron). I would also add a snack in the evening like a slice of wholewheat bread with a spread or a bowl of yogurt or milk and cereal or muesli. :)
Then it would be enough, but I know that it’s soo hard! You’re anyhow doing a great job and I hope that you seek help or have someone to talk to. I wish you all the best, sweetie xx
