I want to eat clean and healthy and especially ENOUGH calories (I had anorexia and battle with binge eating for so long) -> no weightloss, just wanna get fit and tone by doing sports .How did you or would you start? I had a binge attack today, because I didn't eat anything for days. Normally I don't eat after binges for 2 days, but I got huge sleeping problems because of the starvation. I want and NEED this healthy lifestyle. But I don't know how to start tomorrow. Thank you

I’m happy that you want to make this change in your life. It won’t feel like it in the beginning, but eventually you will feel happier and more filled with energy.
Make a list of what you’ll eat tomorrow in order - Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, late meal snack. Veggies and fruits, chicken, fish, turkey, natural nuts, wholewheat pasta, multigrain bread, eggs, dairy products are some of many things you can have on your “menu”. Aim for at least around 1700 kcal since that’s somewhere around what your body usually consumes on a regular day. Those days when you’re working out you should eat more to make up for the lost energy - this will make you build muscles and increase your metabolic rate.
I started to walk every day since it gave me the positive energy I needed to stay motivated. Try different exercises to see what feels best for you. Keep the exercising light to remain the interest and add more to it by time such as strength training (I love Blogilates -search on youtube!).
By planning your intake it will become a little bit easier since it feels more allright to eat and the risk of binging will hopefully decrease.

You’re only human - if you have a relapse, fine. It wasn’t what you wanted, but it’s already happened and all you can do is to try again. Forgive yourself and focus on preventing it in the future instead of blaming yourself.
