Food Journal April 1st

- Breakfast: 1 boiled egg + cereal with skim milk and low calorie jam
- Lunch: Mazarin and coffee with skim milk
- Dinner: Tuna salad - 1 egg, cottage cheese, baby spinach, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and orange bell pepper
- Snack: 2 digestive crackers and 1 finncrisp (Swedish super thin crisp bread) with mini Philadelphia cheese on top
- Late meal snack: Oat meal with mini yogurt and some muesli
- Late meal snack 2 (Still HUNGRY!!): Yogurt with more muesli
Happy and satisfied. :)
Workout of today:
- 4.5 km/2.8 miles run with a friend
- Bicycle to and from downtown (where I met my friend) 9km
- Clearing dung out at the stable
I’ve received questions from people who asks me to write a food and exercise journal so - why not? :)
As you may have noticed I haven’t written down any calories and that’s because I’m already at my GW, I know what everything contains and don’t need to be that accurate and I’ve been at the same weight (54 kg/119 lbs) for months no matter how much I eat. :) I’ve been trying really hard not to focus too much on calories and giving myself the freedom to choose what I want to eat and not feel restricted. By this I don’t mean that I’m eating junk food! I eat healthy, but I eat more and have a higher intake.
I hope everyone is okay with this and if not… too bad for you. ;)
