Here served with cream cheese and low calorie raspberry jam!

1/3 c. bran flakes
1 egg white
1 tbsp low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 tsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients together, heat a pan to medium on stovetop, coat with cooking spray.
Spoon mix into pan, flatten, wait til bubbles appear & flip.
Cook other side, serve and enjoy!

2 dl rye flower
½ dl rye flakes
½ dl spelt flakes
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 dl low fat yogurt
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. When mixed, add the yogurt, egg and milk.
Spray cooking spray in a teflonpan and cook on medium heat.



1 dl yogurt
1 dl blueberries and raspberries
1 dl muesli, gladly homemade
1 tbsp goji berries

Alternate the ingredients in a glass and enjoy!



1 eggs
1/8 frozen or shopped spinach
1tbsp curd cheese or greek yogurt
Topping
4 mushrooms
1/4 bell pepper
1/4 cup mini cottage cheese

Mix all ingredients together and heat the mix in a teflon pan. Chop mushrooms and bell pepper and then heat them too after the omelet’s done. Pour the heated veggies over the omelet and finally add the cottage cheese on top!



1/2 cup oatmeal
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries (or more if you’d like!)
1/2 cup low fat blueberry yogurt
Heat the oatmeal with 1 cup of water, half of the banana and some of the blueberries in the micro for about 2 minutes or when it’s thick. Add the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
Muesli

-I haven’t written down any measurements since I think it’s better that you chose after what you like the most. :)
Rolled oats
Almonds
Hazelnuts
Rye flakes
Raisins
Chopped dates
Cinnamon
Sunflower seeds

Start with roasting the nuts in the middle of the oven in 175°C/350°F for about 5-10 minutes or when you see that the skin starts to crack. Use a kitchen towel (or just your hands) to rub of the skin of the nuts and then crunch the nuts in a mixer or blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix it all together - done!
It’s great to top on Turkish yogurt and if you feel like spoil yourself - chop fresh fruits like pear, apples, oranges to have on top!! Nom nom!
