How would u fix a really f d up sleeping schedule back to the regular 9pm to6am?


I left Chicago two weeks ago to see my family in Sweden and in one week from now I’m moving to California. Three timezones with a 7 and 9 hour difference.. 

I managed to get rid of my jet lag in just a few days by not sleeping for 30 h  and forcing myself to get used to new time zone. It’s not fun, but at least for me, it’s the easiest. 

Get up at 6 no matter how late you went to bed the night before. You’ll be exhausted by the time it’s evening and you’ll fall asleep easier.
